Follow these steps to ensure Clarity is properly configured for your environment.
You don't have to click through windows to check your Clarity settings. They are all presented on the Collector Settings and Status page — click Settings in the left sidebar and select Collector. Then, go to the Collector Status tab.
Review your account details
Find your Clarity account details in the Overview section, including useful information such as:

Your Client Key — required to add users
- Your Full Auth Code — needed to install the Clarity collector
Check your configurations
Look over the individual Settings sections to verify your server configurations are correct. Make sure each one is active, and that data is collecting.
Scan Log Parser paths
Clarity Log Parser may appear to be working because it's generating results, but is it running on every server? Find out by scrolling through the list of log paths in the Log Parser Settings section. Check the Last Updated column for old dates or null returns.
