As CPU usage spikes on your Enterprise Server, processing may slow down or even come to a stop. If Clarity sends an alert, quickly check your system for these common culprits:
- Call Object Kernels may have too many users.
- There may also be outstanding requests on Call Object Kernels.
- Reports or applications may be generating open connections to the database. These can hog CPU resources as long as they remain open.
