How to resolve a KNT0010080 alert

The KNT0010080 subscription typically sends an email alert when a job in the UBE default queue fails to submit. There are a couple of reasons this may occur.

KNT0010080 alerts are often associated with Queue ENTSERVER is not defined in F986130.

    1. The UBE default job queue may not exist in the F986130 table.
    2. The UBE default job queue may not be set up on AS400.

    You can often resolve the issue by:

    1. Adding the job queue within JD Edwards
    2. Adding the job queue at the OS level (for AS400)
    3. Directing UBE submissions to another default queue
