How to resolve a JDB9900255 alert
JDB9900255 subscriptions alert Clarity users when a lost connection is found in a kernel log. Follow these steps to reestablish a connection.
Scheduler kernel
- Verify the scheduler is still running and able to submit jobs.
- If it is not running, restart the scheduler.
Call object kernels/SAW/Metadata
- Log into a JD Edwards web server for the affected environment.
- Then, run an interactive application that calls a business function (such as P01012). Do a find and verify data is returned to the grid without issue.
- Submit a UBE to the affected server and verify success.
- If either of the above items fails, restart E1 services.
