      Enhancing user security

      Add a second layer of protection with an ERP Suites Mobility PIN.

      Security-conscious users want multiple forms of protection. ERP Suites Mobility with Identity Management allows you to activate a four-digit security pin.  

      Mobility Settings Pin toggle  Mobility security PIN

      1. Click the vertical ellipsis in the top right corner to access Settings.
      2. Then, click the toggle button to enter a Mobility Security PIN.
      3. You will be prompted to enter your PIN the next time you log in.
      4. To disable this feature, click the toggle button again and enter your PIN.

      Interactions between Mobility and JDE occur in real time, meaning your data is never cached within the app. Only personal preferences like dark mode are stored on your device.
