Migrating your JD Edwards to the cloud is easy. There are two basic types of migrations: "lift and shift" and "move and improve". "Lift and shift" is the most popular because it requires no server changes and is the least costly option. However, this method does nothing about retiring your technology debt so it delivers the least business value.

"Move and improve" is the natural choice when you're looking to change your architecture or technology stack, or if you want to take advantage of cloud deployment features like autoscaling, containers, etc. It also allows you to maximize the shelf life of your ERP investments.
